Since over half a century, people are still eating the “nabeyaki ramen” of Susaki that is considered as the hottest ramen in Japan. The nabeyaki ramen is born in the 45′ at Taniguchi restaurant, in the back alley of Susaki. There are around 30 restaurants in Susaki where you can eat it. It is preapared with a soup which broth is made with chicken bones, soy sauce, and the noodles are thin and straight and the garnish contains chive, chikuwa (fish paste) and a raw egg. The timing to break the egg shows people style.
